A Moment for Mom

Happy Mother’s Day to all our fantastic Mom’s, Dad’s who play the role as both Mom & Dad, and guardians all around the world! I wanted to share with you one of my new recent, favorite reads! And, the best part is you only need 30 seconds in a day to read it ;] AMAZING!

As Parents, We probably feel like there aren’t enough hours in a day for us to unwind, relax, cook, clean, organize, etc. I know 9 times out of 10 I feel like a chicken with my head cut off- even with my bomb organizing skills, my agenda, and numerous post it notes, I feel like I don’t get enough time for myself.  This self-help book was created by Alice Langholt,  a business owner, Reiki master teacher, author, wife and mother of four children. She knows the challenges of being able to balance time, self and everything else around her. So, she started brainstorming 30 second ways to address mind, body, emotions, and spiritual balance.

“She created the line “A Moment for Me” for busy people.  The book is all designed to help busy people balance their health, success, and relationships in 30 second bits of time.  30 seconds, when used intentionally, can make a difference that lasts far into the day and beyond. It’s really amazing. These products offer people the chance to incorporate this kind of mindfulness into their day easily, even when it feels like there are too many responsibilities and not enough time.  The line currently includes a calendar, series of books and cards.” – A Moment for Mom

I take 30 seconds of my time everyday in the morning before I get out of bed, sometimes when I’m brushing my teeth or even before I leave the house to just read an excerpt. I highly recommend this book to all the parents who need some me time! And, here is you chance to win a FREE AUTOGRAPHED COPY!
